Kerala Government have issued orders revising Pay and Allowances of State Government Employees, staff of Educational Institutions etc. vide GO(P)No.85/2011/Fin dated 26-2-2011.

9th Pay Revision Order - Includes Complete Pay Revision Order, Master Scale, Grade, Pay Fixation, Dearness Allowance Rate, HRA & CCA

University Pay Revision Order - Pay revision order of University Staff of the Seven Universities in Kerala vide GO(P)No.86/2011/Fin dated 26-2-2011.

1. Date of effect of revised scale : 1/7/2009

2. Date of effect of revised grade/promotion/other allowances : 1/2/2011

3. DA Admissible to revised pay w.e.f. 1/7/2009 : Nil

                                                w.e.f. 1/1/2010 : 8%

                                                w.e.f. 1/7/2010 : 18%

4.Arrears - Paid in cash from Feb 2011. Arrears from 1/7/2009 to 31/1/2011 will be credtited to the PF Account. The arrears will not be withdrawn till 31-03-2015, except in the case of employees who retires before the date.
